In order to create more buzz around ActiveVideo's career opportunities, I was brought back in to create a modern and exciting careers page refresh. I took photos around their San Jose office of the employees and some of their perks. Then came up with a long form page design to feature their principles, outline the benefits and showcase the photography.

Careers Page Design
For the careers page redesign the idea was to create three distinct areas for the content, a section describing the values of the company, a section for the benefits with a photo gallery, and a listing of the open positions. Each grouping would be differentiated from the others by having its own solid color background and the menu bar towards the top would scroll down and change depending on the current section. The design is based around a rule of thirds, each column being a ratio of the full page. (The laptop screen above is interactive, you can scroll the image to view more. When this page is viewed on a smaller device the interactive laptop simulation is replaced with a full screenshot of the design.)
